The greenhouses at DG&F are a wonderful way to spend your time browsing, learning and shopping for your garden treasures. Our off the beaten path location allows for a relaxed atmosphere with birds, bees, sunshine, fresh air and of course great flowers! We have some of the best gardeners in valley working with us; People who truly know what it takes to grow in this challenging mountain environment. Sustainability is extremely important to DG&F. Since the beginning our focus has been to grow our products using methods that respect natural systems, reduce waste streams, encourage energy conservation and preserve natural resources. Upon visiting our greenhouses you will see first hand our solar energy systems, our lack of dangerous synthetic chemicals, our pile of used plant containers waiting to be washed and reused, and many other innovative methods that keeps us focused on doing the best for our environment and our business.
