Stone Staircases

Stairways built from stone present some unique challenges. The steep staircase shown here was constructed for a home outside New Castle which was built into a steep hillside. There was very little room to construct the staircase from the upper level to the patio down below. The stone steps each weighed 1200- 1500 pounds. Despite these challenges, we were able to complete the landscape project as specified.
