What's New
March 1: Production has started in the greenhouses. Our Flowers for Hours Program allows customers to set their own schedule, learn about planting and plant varieties and help in the greenhouse
while earning credit for flowers. Credit can be accrued and used anytime during the coming season. You can work for a
couple of hours or all day, as often as you like. Please call or email Kristine Edge to schedule work assignments.

Energy Curtains
In November 2010, through our involvement with the Energy Challenge
Program, we received an efficiency rebate from Garfield Clean Energy that
assisted us in installing these energy curtains. Controlled
automatically, they will close during inclement weather and in the
evenings to provide additional insulation and reduce heating costs.
As temperatures rise to exceed ideal growing conditions, the curtains
will close for shading. Considerable energy is expended in
greenhouses to maintain temperatures between 60 and 80 degrees. We
anticipate these curtains will reduce energy use significantly.
